We are passionate about dancing and music. We do love old time classics, but we also like contemporary music. We play a mixture of both at our events.

Waltz

Waltz is often known as the Slow Waltz or English Waltz. It evolved from Boston in the 1920s as a successor to the Viennese Waltz. It is one of the five standard ballroom dances.

Waltz is in ¾ time and is danced to slow music, preferably 28 to 30 bars per minute.

Waltz is characterised by its pendulum swing body action, rise and fall, contra body movement and sway. It is a very elegant and graceful dance.
